Terms of service

These terms cover the use of neshat.ai and the NeshatScan tool. Consulting work is governed by the written proposal or agreement for that work; where the two differ, the agreement wins.

The scan

• NeshatScan is provided free and as-is. It reads public web pages and reports what it finds; it can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and vendor policies it links to change without notice.
• Scan only sites you own, manage or have a legitimate interest in evaluating. Do not use the tool to probe, overload or harass any site. Rate limits exist and abusive use is blocked.
• Report links are unlisted, not private. A report link that carries its key opens the full report for anyone who has it; without the key the page shows a summary and asks for an email.

Self-serve products

• The Fix Pack is an automated deliverable generated from one scan of one domain: a written list of changes with the text to paste, a proposed robots.txt, structured data, platform instructions and verification re-scans for thirty days. It is not work done on your site, and it makes no promise about rankings or citations. Refund on request within fourteen days of purchase.
• Monitoring is a monthly subscription per domain: a weekly re-scan and a weekly Citation Check on ten buyer questions, an alert when anything changes, a monthly summary. The Citation Check reports what the assistants answered; it does not promise what they will answer. Cancel any time from the billing portal; it runs to the end of the paid month. No partial refunds.
• The fix is paid at purchase through Stripe, in one payment or three monthly payments; the work starts after the first. Its guarantee is exactly the one on the pricing page: every blocker cleared on the re-scan, or I keep working at no charge.
• The build deposit books a start date; scope, timeline and balance are agreed in writing before work begins, and the deposit is refundable until that agreement is signed.

No guarantee of results

Nothing on this site promises that any search engine or AI answer engine will rank, cite or name any business. Where a guarantee is stated for a paid service, it is limited to exactly what that statement says.

Content and claims

Statements on this site about rankings, citations or results link to dated evidence. Third-party names and products are mentioned for identification only and belong to their owners.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, neshat.ai and Behnood Neshat are not liable for any loss arising from use of the free tool or reliance on information on this site. Paid services carry the liability terms in their agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
